Kelly Mears, Vice President of Operations – Kelly is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Marketing and Sales. With over 26 years in the telecommunications and transportation industries, Kelly is a driving force in our ITS chain. She is a member of ITE and IMSA, and has served with IMSA as Sustaining Members President. Since joining Utilicom Supply in 2014, Kelly’s tireless efforts have been an instrumental strength towards growing our foothold in the world of transportation.
Eric Garza, Chief Estimator – Eric has been with Utilicom since our first year, and has concentrated his focus on DOT and ITS projects since 2012. Eric is our lead estimator in transportation, and holds IMSA Level II Bench Certification. He attended Kennesaw State University and proudly served in the US Marines from 2002 to 2006 with multiple tours in Iraq.
Beth Adams, DOT Project Specialist – Beth joined Utilicom Supply in early 2016. With almost 30 years of estimating and project management experience in the DOT, municipal, and ITS markets, Beth has already proven herself a valuable asset to the Utilicom ITS team.
Tammy Coggins, Inside Sales – A lifelong resident of Birmingham Alabama, she joined Utilicom Supply in March 2018. Having more than 30 years of experience in the traffic industry has proven to be valuable in growing our territory. Her knowledge of the products as well as her relationships with customers and vendors, have proven to be an asset to our Utilicom team. Tammy has been married to her husband Tony for 34 years. They have two sons, Lance and Blake, and one beautiful granddaughter Missy Grace.
Marc Faubert, Sr Technical Engineer – A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Marc joined Utilicom in 2015 with extensive technical expertise. After working in broadcasting for a number of years with stints at NBC and CNN, Marc joined the video and surveillance industry and worked for a CCTV manufacturer for many years before leading him to this opportunity with Utilicom.
Rocky Garrison, Account Manager, Alabama Territory – Originally from Tennessee, he has lived in North Alabama since 1988. Rocky joined the Utilicom team in 2018 and has worked in the traffic industry in customer service in Alabama and other states for over 25 years. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and has also served bi-vocationally as a Minister of Music since 1993. Rocky has been married to his wife, Casandra, for 22 years and they have three children: Taylor, a sophomore at the University of North Alabama; Jacob, a high school senior; and 7th-grader, Aubrey. In his free time he loves hunting and fishing, playing softball and volleyball, and spending time with his family.
